Luis Nonfon is a 6'7" (201 cm), 227 lbs (103 kg) Forward (PF/SF), born 2004. He is currently in the NCAA Transfer Portal with 2 years of eligibility remaining and a 5th year available upon application. He played two seasons at Augusta University (2024–26). When the roster was hit by injuries, he shifted to Center and held the position.
Luis began at Alba Berlin — the academy that developed Franz and Moritz Wagner — where he won with his team the U14 German National Championship. He then joined MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg at age 14, where he trained alongside Ariel Hukporti (New York Knicks).
He progressed through every level of the club's system — starting in each age-group team from U14 through U19 in the Germany's national elite youth competition (JBBL). He then earned starting roles in both the club's NBBL squad (elite U19 league) and the ProB roster (3rd Division, professional men's basketball), before making his BBL debut — Germany's top professional league — at 18, while simultaneously representing Germany with the U18 National Team. Four levels of competition, concurrently, all within the same club.
Served as captain of the team at age 18 and in the past season. Elected by coaching staffs at both Augusta University (NCAA) and MHP Riesen Ludwigsburg.
